“My mother’s transition was a pretty smooth one and she was well cared for. Since I lived so far away, it was comforting for me knowing that her needs were well attended to. The staff always had the time to talk with me and answer any questions I had. It was good to have had such a positive experiences so we’ll know what to look for when the time comes for us to make those decisions for our own care.”
