WellAWARE is a system that discreetly collects important information to help seniors continue to live independently. Sensors can be placed throughout a home in key areas such as the kitchen, bathroom and bedroom and on doors.
Measuring movement in the home can effectively assess how well a person is able to complete daily tasks of living such as cooking, bathing and walking. Other sensors, like those placed on the bed, can identify health concerns that require attention. Information from these sensors is review regularly by healthcare professionals.
